PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE.
Products sold on this website are perishable, natural items and flowers life span is depending on species, resulting in some flower varieties living longer than others. Flowers are a product of nature, availability is depending on season and markets. As a result, not all goods produced are as pictured on the website, by accepting these terms and conditions you are acknowledging there will be discrepancies between images and produced goods.
DELIVERY:
For same day delivery, orders must be received by 12pm AEST. QUEEN Glenferrie ROSE cannot promise delivery time. Our delivery time window is 12pm-5pm during COVID19.
We try our best to deliver the products that you shopped on our website in a timely and safe way. Please make sure the receiver will be at the shipping address on the delivery day of your order.
It is your responsibility to double check that you provide all the exactly correct information and contact mobile number of the receiver. If incorrect delivery information provided, additional delivery charges will apply and same day redelivery will not be guaranteed.
Hospital and Aged Care: Please provide the exact FULL NAME on passport. Not maiden name or short name.
We have no set courier service, we use multiple companies and use our own staff drivers on occasion.
Please advise of any special instructions e.g. security gate. The courier will leave the products at a safe place if nobody is at home when arriving. If it is not safe to leave the products, the courier will return the products to our shop until further organising. For redelivery, further charge will incur. Same day redelivery will not be guaranteed.
Once the products have been delivered, QUEEN Glenferrie ROSE will not be reponsible for any loss or damage if products are lost, stolen or damaged after delivery.
If it is necessary for a security person, concierge, hospital ward, receptionist or mail room attendant to accept the products on behalf of the receiver, QUEEN Glenferrie Rose will not be responsible for the flowers and products from this point on.
Return
To start a return, you can contact us at queenglenferrierose@gmail.com in 24 hours. Send the pictures immediately to queenglenferrierose@gmail.com. Proof of purchase is required. If your return is accepted, we’ll let you know on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Send the pictures immediately to queenglenferrierose@gmail.com.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
